Getting To and From the Resort
To get to the Red Frog Beach Island Resort & Spa, you’ll have to fly to Panama City in Panama or San Jose in Costa Rica. Once you’re there, you’ll fly into Bocas del Toro “Isla Colón” International Airport. The resort is a short water taxi ride from Bocas Town. Dining
If you get hungry at the Red Frog Beach Island Resort & Spa you can get private chef services, or you can head over to the Punta Lava Beach Bar and Grill. Set on the beach, they’re open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner Tuesday through Sunday, and on Monday for breakfast and lunch. As you can imagine being on an archipelago, seafood dishes are the specialty, and drinks are served until 9 pm. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served at different intervals from 8:30 am until 8:30 pm. The Island Market Grocery Store is reportedly going to open soon.
