There’s a lot of beauty to be found in Beverly Hills, but some of the best parts of the city to discover are the parks and gardens. Whether you’re a local or a visitor, everyone needs someplace to go where they can feel at peace in their busy day-to-day lives. The green spaces are tranquil spots where you can go for a walk, sit and relax, read a good book, or just get in touch with nature even if you only have a few minutes to spare. With that said, let’s talk about some of the most lovely green spaces in Beverly Hills that you’re going to want to check out for yourself.

Beverly Gardens Park
At 1.9-miles, Beverly Gardens Park is a rather large park that also happens to feature the iconic Beverly Hills sign so don’t forget to bring your camera. If you were looking to go and see the sign, you can also stop and enjoy the wafting scent of roses in the rose garden, visit the cactus garden, or see one of the fountains. You can visit the park on Santa Monica Boulevard.

Greystone Mansion and Park
The Greystone Mansion and Park, which is also referred to as the Doheny Estate, features beautiful grounds that offer a tranquil feel. It’s also the site of several events and programs that take place throughout the year. Parking and admission to the grounds is free and while it is open daily, the mansion itself is open only during one of the aforementioned events.

Beverly Cañon Gardens
Set on North Cañon Drive in Beverly Hills is the 33,000-square-foot Beverly Cañon Gardens. In addition to enjoying the landscaped gardens and water features, it’s also a great place to relax, listen to music, or just sit and forget about the stresses of the day. They even feature live music performances during the summer so it’s an ideal budget-friendly and entertaining spot to visit.

Virginia Robinson Gardens
Located on Elden Way in Beverly Hills is the Virginia Robinson Gardens which was built in 1911, and it’s best known for being the first luxury estate that was built in the city. Originally owned by Virginia and Harry Robinson, it is now the property of the County of Los Angeles. In addition to incredible architecture, you’ll also get to see stunning landscaping that consists of five specialty gardens. To visit, you must schedule a guided tour to take place between Tuesday and Saturday at 10am or 1pm.

Before you visit one of the aforementioned parks or gardens in Beverly Hills, keep in mind that it’s best to verify if they’re open before you go especially regarding specific areas you’re interested in seeing. Even if the opening and closing hours are stated on their respective websites, double check either by calling or viewing their social media accounts just to make sure that they’re not closed for one reason or another.
